Can I apply for B.Ed. at Rajasthan University/DU as a B.Sc. Honors student?
I am doing my B.Sc. Honors in statistics from Delhi University.

Applying for B.Ed in Rajasthan University will be regular basis. I think you should complete the B.Sc. Honors course first.

I want to apply in 2021 only but my concern we have to take some teaching subjects which we have studied in my graduation years. So can I choose maths as a subject?
