Can I apply for B.Ed. in IGNOU after passing d. El. Ed in ODL mode?

Hi, for IGNOU B.Ed as per eligibility criteria you must have graduate or post graduate degree. There is no mention of D. EL. ED. In the criteria. All students having Bachelor's degree in any discipline can apply for B.Ed.
