Can I apply for B.Library science after doing 12th?

You can apply for Diploma in library science after 12th if you haven't completed graduation. If you are willing to pursue a special course in library immediately then I would suggest going for Diploma. Or else it is better if you pursue a graduation and then B.Lib.

No, you need to complete graduation in any stream for applying to Bachelors in library science.
