Can I apply for B.Sc agriculture colleges in other states on the basis of MHT-CET?

No, you can't you can only apply in colleges which except MHT CET test for other states you have to give exam specific to that state as every state has its own exam for state-level colleges so to get admission in any college in another state you need to give exam of that state.
