Can I apply for B.Sc-IT? I passed from Maharashtra state board and scored 48%. .

There may not be possible for you to apply for B.Sc IT course as for many colleges the minimum criteria to be passed 12th is 50% and 45% for SC categories. There are only few colleges who will give you admission in 48%. For this, you need to research very well.
