Yes, you can apply in following colleges:
Indira Gandhi National Open University | Delhi Degree College, Badarpur | Badarpur, Delhi
Aryabhatta Degree College | Tughlakabad, Delhi.

Hi Piyush,
As per new UGC guidelines, no university can offer you a technical degree in distance mode. So, if you are not a working professional, I would suggest you go for a regular course.
