You can apply but not on the basis of JEE Mains score. A score of 20 is not acceptable. Minimum acceptable score for ST category students is 27. Apply to the colleges which are having their own entrance exams.

Hello Ajay, Sorry to say Ajay, you are not getting a college through this marks so you have to go for admission via your class 12th marks which is beneficial for you.
