Hi,
Yes you may apply for the same. For your knowledge, Bank of Baroda is inviting applications for clerical posts from Indian citizens who have written Common Written Examination for Clerical cadre conducted by IBPS in 2011, subject to fulfillment of other eligibility criteria.
