Can I apply for BPSC or UPSC exams? I am a BCA graduate but my university is not approved by AICTE.

    Any graduate can take PSC exam. But your university which you didn't mention is a bit in grey shades. I seriously hope it has other approvals. It is my advice to every student, please check the authenticity and approvals of the college before taking admission in it.
