yeah you can apply. for that you need to give the entrance exam accepted by that institute and have marks above 60 percent in your diploma course.

You can apply for BSc in agriculture but it is to be based on your 12th performance. Diploma in engineering will not give you any advantage. If only you think of doing graduation in engineering then you have the option of joining 2nd year directly. But again not in BHU since its engineering is deeme
