Yes you can apply for better at National Institute of Engineering Mysore without JEE main score with the help of management quota.
But the student have to atleast appear for KEA 2023 or COMED-K 2023.
There are limited seats available under the management quota.

Since it is one of the elite institutes in Karnataka and if you wish to join this college through management quota the donation is around 12 Lakhs, plus every year you should pay COMEDK fee, which will come to around 2Lakhs. Moreover the allotment of seats has become more clear based on their marks for management seat too. What I mean is previous days first come first serve basis was followed.
