    You can consult your school from where you have given the boards. They will give you a duplicate of migration easily and that will make your work.

    It is a minor problem. Approach the University, with all particulars. Normally, you can get the Certificate the same day. Your college itself may provide the Certificate.

    Yes, you can get the copy of that and submit in the college. But, here you are supposed to ask the school authority and get permission from them.

    Yes, you can talk to your higher authority to provide a pseudo migration certificate that would help to apply for the B. Tech course.
