I had a gap of 2 years in my graduation (1st time flunked and 2nd time didn't appear for it) but now I have a regular education of 3 years with 65%.

Taking a gap year is a pretty normal practice worldwide although it's looked down upon in Asia. Hi Cheena,
Few years gap are acceptable. You must provide a supporting statement stating reasons of the gap and the activities you did during the gap period. To apply for a student visa you must first receive the admission offer from a university. Since application process is online, you will find details on the university websites itself. As an international student you must also submit IELTS score.
Check the university websites for admission details before applying and apply before the recommended deadlines.
    Hope this helps.
