I have completed senior secondary with 80% marks in medical stream with 6 bands overall but 5 in reading.

Hello, Chances are high as your grades are good, though the visa decision will depend on the visa officer. Take the IELTS as well. Check for additional program specific requirements on university websites and follow the timelines, apply early for maximizing your chances.
