Hi, if you are referring to the Rural Institute of Open Schooling (RIOS) Certificate then it is valid for higher studies. To apply for Bachelor's degree programs in Canada, you must have completed the 12th grade at a recognised high school. The RIOS is a recognised board in India for higher studies
