Can I apply for CDS exam if I have not qualified for the CDS exam first time?

  • The candidates can take the CDS exam even if they have not qualified for the CDS exam in the first attempt though the candidates have to fulfil the eligibility criteria to take the exam. The eligibility criteria for the CDS exam has been given below for the candidates:
    a) The candidates must be a graduate to take the CDS exam
    b) The candidates must fulfil the age criteria to take the exam. However, the age limit is decided by the UPSC and it changes every year. The candidates must go through the CDS notification to know the age limit for the CDS exam.
