Can I apply for ComkedK counselling process as I failed in few subjects in class 12th board exams?

It would be useless and they would also insult you. They don't care about the percentage, they just want you to have all subjects cleared certificate. There is another option if you give your boards from NIOS board in an emergent situation. You can easily pass the subjects there and the year would n
