Can I apply for counseling for those universities which I have not filled in my CUET form?

No colleges that you did not list on your CUET (Common University Entrance Test) form are not eligible to receive your counseling application. During the application part of the CUET, you are supposed to identify and rank your top universities and courses. The decisions you made on your CUET form determine whether you are eligible for counseling and, therefore, admission. To apply to other colleges that weren't previously on the list, you'll have to wait for the next round of applications or see if there are any special considerations or more rounds available.
