Can I apply for CPL? I have completed my class 12th with PCB and I'm going to appear for class 12th with PCM from NIOS.

Yes, you can apply for CPL.
But my advice for you is to first clear your 10+2 with PCM and then go for class 1 medical. Thereafter, join CPL training.
