Can I apply for different streams in MBA? I am doing B.Sc in chemistry (final year).

Yes, you will be offered different types of electives/papers in the final year of your MBA course. First year will purely deal with basics of human resources, finance, marketing, operations and analytics.
I have stated only 2 examples of papers offered in each stream:
1) HR:
