Can I apply for education in Canada as I have 18 backlogs?

10th-55% 12th-57% BE(Mechanical)- 61% (I had 18 backlogs with 3 years drop) PG in automation (4 months) 6 months of experience in Production. Applying for PG in project management for Jan 2018 intake. Will these backlogs effect my visa application?

    No, first, you have to clear completely on your 18 backlogs.

    For Masters in Canada, at least 60% to 65% is required to apply for postgraduate studies. The number of backlogs can go up to 10 to 12 backlogs if you are applying for Post Graduate Diploma in Canada. The universities only have authority to grant the degrees. So if you have a higher number of backlogs, for post-graduation, PG Diploma should be the way and not the universities.
