Can I apply for engineering in any abroad colleges if I score above 90% in my boards? I am a class 12 ISC student.

    Hello, certainly yes. 90% is a very good score. You can aim for the top ranked universities however check the admission requirements and work on your overall profile. It is important you follow the timelines and apply on time. Take the IELTS/TOEFL too to meet the English language requirements. Additionally take the SAT or ACT to study in USA. Every university would be having different admission requirements. Advice you to go through various university websites to understand the admission process cum requirements and prepare accordingly.
