Yes you can apply for fashion designing after 10th class also. You can join diploma in fashion designing after completing which you can take in lateral entry in fashion designing degree. There are many good institutes like Vogue, Pearl, JDI, LPU etc that are offering diploma in fashion designing.

Hi Rafat,
You can go for diploma in fashion designing in any government polytechnic or state textile institute.
NIFT also offers 1 year diploma programme.
However a degree programme is better as it fully prepares you on the basis of the industry needs and gives you a complete education in not only design and execution but also in communication.
One more thing is that you can go for a degree programme in NIFT directly in 2nd year , that is from 4th semester if you go for lateral entry after your diploma in designing. this will help you even more and strengthen your designs.
