    No, you cannot apply for the Human Resource programme at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) by CUET-PG score. TISS conducts its own entrance exam called TISS National Entrance Test (TISS NET) for entry into its master's programs in Human Resource Management, among others.
