Can I apply for IAS after getting graduation degree? I am a student of B.Sc 1st year and my subjects are ZBC.

Yes, you can apply for IAS after your graduation or just in the final year also but I suggest you to do your graduation first and then prepare one or two year in coaching and then appear in exam as your chance is limited and exam is very tough.
