Can I apply for IFIM? I have a CMAT score of 116, 75% in 10th & 77%in 12th. My CGPA in B.Tech as of now till 7th semester is 7.80.

Yes you can apply. Entrance exam (CAT, MAT,CMAT, XAT, etc) score should be more than 60%ile.
Your 10th, 12th and UG score meet the criteria for applying here.
