Hello, No, you cannot. To appear in IIT JAM Exam, you should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any recognized university with minimum 55% marks for General & OBC and 50% marks for SC, ST categories. Hello, This is too early to apply for the exam since it is only possible in the end year or after the completion of the degree. Better to prepare thoroughly and then go for it!

You can only apply for IIT JAM either in final year of your graduation or after completing graduation.

IIT JAM 2026 cutoff was released on March 21, 2026. Candidates can check the cutoff at official website. This is the qualifying cutoff. Candidates who score above the IIT JAM qualifying cutoff can participate in the counselling process.
