Can I apply for Indian navy B.Tech navy scheme?
I got 9.86 CGPA. I'm from AP. My JEE rank is 136705 and I am from BC-D category. My CRL rank is 395056.

Yes, if you are eligible for it.
Go and visit www.indiannavy.nic.in and check your eligibility.
