Can I apply for JEE Mains and Advanced after doing a three year polytechnic course after 10th?

No, you need to complete class 12th in order to appear for JEE Mains exam. -
12th is the Basic Foundation of every student. If you didn't do then you miss lots of Opportunities and your scope will become limited. -
Sorry to say but you can't fill JEE form. -
No, you are not eligible as 12th is nessary for JEE.
