Can I apply for jobs in government or banking sector?

I am a BCA student. This year was my final graduation year and I got ATKT in one subject. So, this subject's exam will be given next year. After clearing this ATKT paper, I want to apply for jobs in banking or government sector.

On completion of BCA you are eligible to appear for majority of Government jobs and jobs in Public Sector Banks where eligibility criteria is graduation degree.
