Can I apply for M.Tech admissions at IIIT Bhubaneshwar in offline mode?

International Institute of Information Technology, Bhubaneswar has not mentioned an offline mode of application for the M.Tech admissions. However, it is important to note here that the accepted entrance exam which is GATE, is not open for offline registrations.
