If u r looking for IITs, nits etc, you need to have a master's degree for m.tech. For MCA students, they can appear for GATE in 2nd or 3rd year as per the rules. Look for more at

1)BITS-Pilani offers 4yrs. integrated M.Tech in Software Systems for working B.Sc/BCA graduates with one year. experience
2)For regular way, u have to cross GATE, by eligibility through B.Tech/M.Sc/MCA only
