Can I apply for M.Tech in biotechnology? I have scored 70% in my final year of B.Sc (Honors) from biotechnology.

To pursue Master's degree in any field, you must have a Bachelor's degree in the same. Since, you've completed your B.Sc, you can opt for M.Sc.
