Can I apply for MA in English through distance this year? Also, I have got arrear in another subject. Is it possible?

Hello Papia,
Invariably most of the universities offering distance education have 31Sug as last date with additional time frame by paying late fees. However you must have passed your graduation. Markslist needs to be uploaded.
Hence I am afraid if you have not passed graduation then it's not possib
