4 years agoHello Pingu, yes, I think so. There are many courses at PG level offered by IGNOU where qualification is graduation in any subject. Just to be sure, you can download the information brochure cum application form of IGNOU, which is free of cost, and read the details. Normally M. Lib requires B. Lib in graduation.
