Can I apply for Master's degree in Canada with 47% in my graduation but 66% in my PG? I have 6.5 bands in IELTS.

Hi Karandeep,
You have a PG already so you may not be accepted for another Master's course in Canada. You have to make a better plan and also check out other country options.
