Can I apply for Masters after completing one year of graduation?

I have 12 backlogs but completed under graduation in time with 7.0 CGPA. I want to apply for Masters with a good IELTS score to Canada or European countries. I have 2 research papers where one is published and the other one is under review.

Yes, backlogs will greatly affect your chances. It is a huge negative reflection. First of all, you have to clear all the backs without which you will not be eligible. Then also your CV matters the most, nevertheless it doesn't mean that all hopes are drowned.

Research papers should be in good journal and try to write more. Writing with professors and having their recommendations is very helpful and important.
