Can I apply for masters in animation from iit bombay? Currently pursuing B.Sc Animation Film Making from ZICA Dehradun. Please help me out.

I'm currently pursuing B.Sc in Animation Film Making and in my second year now. I'm very much interested in joining NID Ahmedabad or IIT for pursuing their maters course. Please suggest if I'll be eligible to sit for CEED as well the entrance exam of NID after my graduations are over.

Please check NID's/ IIT's website or mail them about this. The criterion is different for different courses, say they require Maths for Product Design and stuff. Also, do understand the path required to be followed to successful in Character Animation if that is what you want to pursue. Internationally, most students opt for Finishing Schools like animation mentor, vfs, vanarts than colleges like sheridan, calarts. The same applies to India. However, india lacks in finishing schools and there are just a few of them out there doing good work. Rest are just "Industrial Training Centres" for colleges. Here is an article by Arena Chandigar
