Yes, you can apply for a Master's in Interior Design even if you don't have a B.Des in Interior Design.
Many universities accept students from different fields as long as they have a relevant bachelor's degree (like Architecture, Fine Arts, Design, Civil Engineering, or any 10+2+3 degree).
Some institutes may ask for a portfolio, entrance exam, or bridge courses to cover the basics. So yes, it is possible—you don't need a B.Des specifically to apply.

Yes, you can apply for master's degree in interior design without having a b.des or B.Sc in interior design. There are many colleges that offer this course without a bachelor's degree in interior design but AAFT is the most famous, versatile and efficient college which provides a Master's of Science in interior design course of 2 years and a Post Graduate Diploma in interior design of 1 year without the need of a bachelor's degree in the same field.

While there are some colleges which do not require specifically B.Des ungergraduate degree for pursuing Masters. Whereas, on the other hand, most of the colleges ask for an undergraduate degree in either Interior Design or a related field to be eligible to pursue Maters in Interior Design. Thus, it is subjective to the college you are aiming at to get admission for your masters.
