Can I apply for Masters in the USA with 59 percent marks in BE?

As per USA criteria, they need 60% at least in UG, so it is very hard to give you assurance. But, if you score high in GRE (320+) and in TOEFL (105+), then you have chance. But, in tier 2 universities of USA would also need strong SOP and LOR. All the best.
