Can I apply for Masters in USA or Canada? I have 25 backlogs in my bachelors and for some reason I cannot pass the exam.

    The master's programme is not easily applied for, especially if one has 25 backlogs, in the USA or Canada. Universities here require strong academic performance with minimal or no backlogs. While these universities will be strict with admitting a candidate with backlogs, you can still appeal for consideration if you are showing considerable improvement, justify the backlogs with a good reason, and display great performance in other criteria like GRE/GMAT, TOEFL/IELTS scores, and work experience.
