Its seems you have a great work experience. And MBA in HR from XISS will double boost your Career.
Xiss is one of the oldest institutes established in 1955 with all the practical implications in HRM Field.
You may try to give CAT, Sept CMAT or XAT. Cutt off this year for HRM was 65 for General/OBC
