Can I apply for MBA in Hr, I completed my graduation from IGNOU with 75%. So can anyone tell me if it is the right step to pursue MBA in Hr?

First, you should be very clear that you don't want to step into any other domain you will only prefer HR no matter what, it will also depend whether you are a Fresher or a Person with some Work Experience normally those people who have some work experience prefer to choose a domain but if you are a fresher then you can explore more what other domains have to offer.
