You need to clear the CAT exam, and the personal interview round for MBA admissions. Maths is not mandatory.

Hello! Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% of marks. Admissions will be based on CAT scores, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Maths is not mandatory.

As per the PU's Prospectus 2020-21, MBA Marketing is not here. However the MBA admissions in PU's are based on CAT and SLOT percentile. The eligibility criteria of CAT is a Bachelor degree in any discipline with minimum 50% of marks. So Mathematics is not necessary for admission in MBA Marketing in
