If you have passion for programming & you really love the job, then do not quit, do more learning, write more programs, attain certifications, and once your passion ends & you are sure switch to a manager. If your current company does not have a path of helping you with Programming career, apparently you are in wrong place. In USA, we can see 25 year experienced programmers, they are not shy to say they are programmers. They actually love their job. Companies like Microsoft, Google have 25 year experienced programmers.

MBA is open to all kind of graduate students. You are eligible for MBA entrance examinations if you do BCA from a recognized university and have scored above minimum eligibility marks of 50% in BCA. Final year BCA can appear for all MBA entrance examinations.
