No. You need to be a graduate in engineering or post graduate in any other branch if you have apply in BITS Pilani MBA.

Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech in Engineering disciplines or a Masters Degree in any discipline from any recognized university or any Integrated First Degree of BITS. Candidates should have obtained minimum of 60% aggregate marks in qualifying degree.

Yes sure. Anyone can go for MBA after having a graduation degree. Remember,having a good percentile in CAT gives you an opportunity to get admission in good college such as IIM, Good B-school etc.
