As u r working with TCS u need not have to leave ur job, u can take a leave for 2 years from job to complete ur mba, start preparing for competetive exams like cat/mat/xat/cmat, get admission into a college, take a 2 years leave from job, den again u can go back to TCS at a higher position if u dnt
