Can I apply for MBA without completing BE? I have 3 backlogs in my engineering.

You can apply for MBA without BE certificate as final year student of graduation degree are allowed to appear in MBA Entrance Examinations. But you will have to submit provisional certificate of completion of degree before start of MBA.
