Can I apply for MBBS medical colleges in India for both Delhi and MP?

I have studied till class 12 in Delhi, i.e. I am eligible for Delhi State Quota. But I also have MP domicile. Will the MP domicile affect my Delhi State Quota in any way (because Aadhar Card is linked to the domicile)?

Generally if you talking about state government quota reservation then what they look for is the valid domicile of that state.It doesn't matter anything else as long as you have the valid domicile certificate of a particular state you eligible to apply for the government medical College of that part
