Can I apply for MIT and Harvard simultaneously?
I want to migrate from IIT-Bombay to any of the following institutes. I am a first-year student (physics department).

Yes, you can apply to many universities simultaneously but you must accept only one offer. Check admission rules. Specially if you want a transfer check with them directly.
